Strawberry Sauce


1 lb. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
2-3 T. orange juice
2 tbsp. sugar


Cut the strawberries in half or quarters and place in a blender. Add the orange juice and 2 tablespoons sugar and blend until smooth (Add a little more juice or sugar to taste, if needed). Refrigerate until very cold, or up to one day.


Strawberry Sauce


250 gr fresh or frozen Strawberries, cut up
3 tbsp brown sugar


Mix strawberrires and brown sugar in a blender or mash with potato masher

1 can of Strawberry Wilderness premium pie filling & topping


If you don't have fresh strawberries, try  pie filling & topping . I used the one from Duncan Hines, and it was excellent. 
Just mix it with a mixer or put it in a blender, so it is smooth and not all chunky.
